From emma.glaisher at fourninety.com Wed Oct 7 05:18:18 2009 From: emma.glaisher at fourninety.com (Emma Glaisher) Date: Wed Oct 7 05:18:25 2009 Subject: [EmData] [InData] Importing text into tables In-Reply-To: Message-ID: I am in the process of re-inventing the wheel, as a perfectly happy Quark project has moved to InDesign. I need to use InData to flow text into a table, one line per cell. It formats and adds InCatalog links as it goes. I can't see any way to make the table cells flow from one to the next, and have been told on an InDesign forum that this can't be done. So it seems I have to import the text into a textbox and copy one line at a time into the table, which seems insane. This is more an InDesign question than an InData one, but I wondered whether anyone else has come up against this problem, and if so how they tackled it. TIA for any ideas!
