Thanks, I'll give the headers and footers bit a go.
The "continued price list" part is simply where the price list flows
uninterrupted to the next page without being separated by a header
reminder of the section. ie. where there are 60 items in the "patello
casting" section and it splits over two pages, the "patello casting"
heading has historically been added after the event to the second page.
I should be able to get it working and if not, I'll be back :-)
