[EmData] 2 questions about text and pictures

My 2c worth on question 1:
The fact that your tab-sep file came from Excel is actually irrelevant - the
formatting is gone. It could have come from Filemaker, or from Quark, or
Word.

However, if you can find some way of putting XPress Tags onto your text, you
can preserve the bolds. You would also need to put the following line into
your prototype:

«set defaultisstyled to true»

If you can really get away with emboldened type, just pop <B> at each end of
your bold bits, so 'this text is <B>bold<B> and this isn't'. Case is
important - <b> won't wash. Otherwise you'll have to put in the correct font
tags.

I'm not actually sure how you'd do this in Excel, it's not an application
I'm expert in, but I'm sure it must be possible?
