[EmData] 2 questions about text and pictures

two questions, please:
I have been using Xdata to complete multi-page listing ads in a real  
estate publication. I import from an Excel tab-separated file. How  
can I import text exactly as it appears in the Excel file without  
changing any of the existing bold or unbolded text?

If I want to import pictures into two picture boxes, do the boxes  
have to be embedded in the prototype or can one of the boxes float on  
top of the other?
