[EmData] Using the Y qualifier

Hello
I want to use further tables of mySQL by ODBC driver, I read the manual and
saw that the Y Qualifier do that
but I'm not sure that I understand well how to use it
Is there anyone who can help me, by showing me a example because the
paragraph about this in manual is so shorter
