Hi Magalie,
First, be sure that you are using the most recent releases of InData and
InFlow. We've made some fixes to master page handling.

Also, have a look at your master pages to see if they were converted
correctly. Quark's automatic text boxes work differently than InDesign's
Master Text Frames, and InFlow complicates things. So, it could well be
that Q2ID did not quite get things right. So, be sure that you have the
correct frames on your masters, and that they are thread as you would
expect. Also, be sure that the Autoflow thread is set for the first text
frame on your master pages (select the frame, and use the set/clear autoflow
thread menu command in the Object menu).
