[EmData] Prototype quotes vs typographer quotes in InData

If typographers quotes is turned on, not only does InDesign convert  
quotes upon importing and keystroking, it also changes my quotes in a  
prototype when I cut and paste it from one frame to another.

Is there a way to escape the quotes in the prototype to prevent having  
to turn the quotes off and on when I need to move the prototypes from  
one frame to another?
