[EmData] prototype too large?

Hi - we're seeing an error message like, "this prototype is too large
for the available memory". Anything we can do? Are there any hard limits
to avoid?
 
We recognize that our prototype is large (and confidential), but it
worked fine in OS 9. We're running this on a new Mac in OS X with 2 GB
of RAM.
