[Em Beta] Xtags 8.x beta now available

We're happy to announce that Xtags 8.3.2 beta 11 (continuing in a  
serious of previous 6/7 betas) is now available, along with the  
corresponding 6/7 versions:

We'll be releasing the first Xdata 8.x beta early next week, and the  
Xcatalog 8.x beta a little later. (We have more work to do on the  
latter.)
