[Em Beta] Xtags 6-7.3.2 beta 8 available

This new Xtags (for XPress) beta is notable, because, among fixing  
lots of issues and adding a few new features, it provides a huge  
performance boost under both XPress 6 and 7 when placing unanchored  
boxes (especially text boxes).
