[Em Beta] InCatalog/Pro 3/4.2.4 beta 1 now available

An important new beta of InCatalog is available at

This includes full snippet and library support for document elements  
with InCatalog links, and also provides basic scriptability for  
adding, modifying and removing InCatalog links.
