[Em Beta] InDesign CS 2 betas now available (Windows only)

The good news (after a long wait) is that the InDesign CS 2 beta  
releases are now available, for all our plug-ins.

The bad news is that only the Windows versions are ready. The Mac OS  
versions will be trickling out as they're ready over the next 1-2 weeks.
