[Em General] Xtags for InDesign, InData, InCatalog, InFlow updates

Just a note to let you know we've released a whole set of plug-in  
updates to address some common problems (e.g., with Vista  
registration), and add some minor features.

In particular, we've finally laid to rest one incredibly annoying  
problem with InData (the dreaded [P1] You can't change character  
styles error).

And, we've fixed some long-standing problems with bold/italic font  
toggling tags in Xtags, and added full layer support.
