Dear folks--
It's been a long, long time since we started down this road, but
today, officially, all our plugins for InDesign are released, and
support both InDesign CS2 and CS3--and, no, this isn't an April Fools
joke.
InData 4/5, InCatalog 4/5, and Xtags for InDesign 4/5 are now
available from their respective download pages:

<http://emsoftware.com/products/incatalog/download>

Thank you for your business, and thank you for your patience with us.
Keeping up with both "motherships" is challenging for a small company
like ours, given 3 major products on two motherships on two platforms
and the product improvements we've been adding (we only have 2
engineers (Chris Roueche and John Whitney); I only play an engineer on
TV ;-). However, instead of asking forgiveness after the fact, we're
now going to be aggressive about getting new releases out as close as
possible to the official mothership releases. (As evidence of our good
faith, we're already testing some of our QuarkXPress 8 XTensions in-
house, well ahead of the latter's release.)
To celebrate the CS3 releases and to reward your patience, we're
offering a 10% discount across the board on our online store <http://emsoftware.com/store
> for the next month, using the checkout coupon code
"cs3release" (expires May 1, 2008). You can use this coupon both for
plugin upgrades and new licenses, but please don't spread it around--
this is just a way of saying "thank you" to our faithful customers on
these announcement lists.
Speaking of upgrades, if you've already paid for one of our plug-ins
within the past 12 months, your upgrade will be free (heck, if it's 12
months and 19 days, we're not going to quibble). Just email sales at emsoftware.com
with the details of your previous order, and we'll send you back
your new-style serial. (These new products require new serial numbers.)
We're also working on upgraded manuals for InData and InCatalog, to be
available in the next few weeks. Xtags already has a greatly-upgraded
manual with this release.
Believe it or not, Em Software is now in its 18th year in business.
That's gotta be some kind of record for a small software business like
ours, but we're just thankful to be here and hope we can continue to
be of service to you!
Cheers!
